First you have to swing to the treadmill, then grab a stepping block... Once you grab the stepping block, you have to position it and step on it and let the treadmill carry you over to the end where you grab the rope and swing to the finish... WTF DID I JUST SAY!?! Yeah, they jump out and scramble to the ice because the water is hot. Not warm... HOT.
I wish they would bring it to America, but I doubt they will. They have been doing this kind of crap for ages now. All the contestants are popular comedians and actors usually. I'd like to see some American comedians and actors do this!
